ABOUT FERMENTABLES MN

When pairing a fine adult beverage with food, the old rule of red wine for meats and white wine for fish is about as dull as the people who still keep it.

 

In the age of craft beer, craft cocktails, and artisinal everything, experimentation is way more fun.

 

At Fermentables MN, we intend to break the old rules on pairings. We are in search of flavors that pop, tingle, pucker and sizzle together on the tongue regardless of whether it's an $8 burger or an $80 Scotch. Convention does not matter.

 

Keep an eye out for regular features like our reviews, including pairings for everything from fast food to home cooking with Take Out Tuesdays and Homemade Hump Day, interviews with brewers, chefs and bakers, mouth-watering photos and quirky musings on all things delicious.

 

So join us. You never know what we'll be serving up.

$ = Free - $19 per meal

$$ = $20 - $39 per meal

$$$ = $40 - $59 per meal

$$$$ = This place better have a Michelin star or three.
